WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping is free for orders over €50.
If you return your item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes. All our orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow the progress of your delivery.
Please note that it may take some time for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
At Gard Pro, we do our best to ship your order quickly. Orders placed before 9 PM on business days are generally shipped the same day.
Delivery usually takes between 3 and 6 business days after dispatch.
I AM NOT HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES; WHAT SHOULD I DO?
No problem. If delivery cannot be made in your absence, the carrier may drop your package at a nearby pickup point or arrange a new delivery attempt.
You will receive a notification with delivery or pickup instructions. If the package is not collected within the timeframe indicated by the carrier, it may be returned to our warehouse.
